Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 July 2026
1. The service
Novarly Parcel ("the Service"), a product of Novarly Earth Intelligence, provides informational screenings of historical ground movement near a US address, derived from publicly available satellite radar datasets and public flood-mapping sources.
2. Not professional advice — no guarantee
Reports are screenings, not surveys. They are not engineering, structural, geotechnical, legal, lending, or insurance advice, and they make no representation about the condition, safety, or future behaviour of any structure or parcel. Measurements describe past ground motion near — not necessarily at — the queried address, with the resolution and error characteristics of the underlying public datasets. Always consult a licensed geotechnical engineer or surveyor before acting on any result.
3. Purchases
Paid reports are one-time purchases delivered immediately as a web page and downloadable PDF. Because delivery is instant, refunds are discretionary — contact us and we will be reasonable, including when a report contains no usable measurement for your address.
4. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service's total liability for any claim arising from a report is limited to the amount paid for that report. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
5. Data sources & attribution
Reports incorporate open data including Ohenhen (2025) NYC–Long Island vertical land motion (Zenodo doi:10.5281/zenodo.17644691, CC-BY-4.0), modified Copernicus Sentinel-1 data, US Census Bureau geocoding, and FEMA National Flood Hazard Layer data. Attribution of source data does not imply endorsement.
